BMS-LD3Z

The BMS-LD3Z provides three zones of RLE’s patented leak detection that directly integrates via protocols into any building management system (BMS) or alarm monitoring system.

The BMS-LD3Z Includes:

Three zones of leak detection.
Supports up to 1,000ft (305m) of sensing cable and spot detectors per zone; 3,000ft (915m) total.
Robust protocols for communication with any Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP system.
No user interface or separate software required – integrates directly with existing BMS and alarm monitoring systems.
Enclosure mounts in a panel, on a DIN rail, or on a wall.

Caution Tags

Fluorescent, adhesive tags clearly mark the location of sensing cable and non-sensing cable. Wrap the tags around any exposed cable at ten-foot intervals and use the space provided on each tag to note the distance from the leak detection controller. Caution tags are sold in packages of 10 tags.

Chemical Sensing Cable

RLE’s patented green chemical sensing cable is used to reliably detect leaks via the presence of acids, bases, and other conductive liquids.

Conductive Fluid Sensing Cable

Parameter’s patented orange sensing cable reliably detects the presence of water leaks and other conductive fluids.
